Ordering and shipping
When do I receive the mail-in address?
After your payment is confirmed, we send a confirmation email with your order number, the mail-in address, and packing instructions.
Can I order more than one console?
Yes. Configure each console separately on the order page. The order panel shows each conversion and the total before you continue to PayPal.
Do you ship internationally?
No. The mail-in conversion service is available only for customers with a United States return address. International mail-in orders are not accepted.
Who pays for shipping?
You pay to send your console to us. Return shipping for the completed conversion is included in the service price for U.S. return addresses only.
Should I remove the battery before shipping?
Yes. Remove the battery before shipping so the shipment avoids battery-shipping restrictions. Include your paid order number in the package.
How long does the service take?
Installs are generally completed within a few days after arrival, but please allow up to 21 days for processing and carrier delays.
Compatibility and options
Which consoles are supported?
Nintendo 3DS, 3DS XL, New 3DS, New 3DS XL, 2DS, and New 2DS XL are supported.
Why does the order page ask about a charging cradle?
3DS-family consoles can either retain the charging dock or receive a jig that covers the original dock-contact area. The 2DS and New 2DS XL do not need this choice.
Does USB-C add fast charging?
No. The conversion accepts USB-C charging but retains the console's original power requirements; it does not add a fast-charge protocol.
Is the modification reversible?
No. Material is removed from the original shell to make room for the port. Returning to stock requires replacement parts.

Self-install kits
Which consoles fit the PCB kit?
The kit is designed for the Nintendo 2DS and New 2DS XL. It is not the mail-in conversion service.
What tools do I need?
At minimum: a soldering iron, solder, flux, desoldering braid, small Phillips and tri-wing screwdrivers, and a tool for carefully fitting the shell.
